Do you ship overseas?
We sure do, we ship internationally, however currently we do not ship to Canada or the USA.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are.
Please allow 4-5 business days to ship after your order is confirmed. Delivery can take from 2 to 14 days once it has been shipped.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
As it is a tricky time during the Pandemic there may be delays from time to time and we will do our best to let you know ahead of time.
What if I haven't received my order?
If you are experiencing a delay in the delivery please contact us.
If your package has been unclaimed it will be sent back to us. We will contact you in order to determine if the order should be reshipped or refunded.
If the buyer does not come back to us within 31 days, the order will no longer be able to be reshipped or refunded.
Can I get my product personalized?
At this stage we do not make custom orders.
How do I take care of my Bunnie Caddie ?
Simply clean any dust or lint off with a clothes brush and a damp cloth if there are any harder to remove marks.
Protect from direct light, heat and rain. Should it become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
Do not carry heavy products that may affect the shape of the bag.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
What if a Bunnie Caddie Model is out of stock?
If a model is out of stock we are working to have it back in stock as soon as possible.
Can I change my order?
Once an order is confirmed it cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can follow the delivery of your Bunnie Caddie at any time.
