Where do you deliver from?

We ship all of our orders from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

 

Do you deliver overseas?

We sure do! We deliver worldwide to most locations.

 

What are your delivery timeframes?

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. Delivery timeframes will depend on the delivery address but as a general guide:

Within Australia:
Express Post: 1-4 business days
Standard Post: 2-10 business days
International: 
Standard Post: 6-27 business days (depending on country)

 

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! We provide tracking with every order which will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer a Warranty?

Yes. You can shop with confidence here at Bunnie Caddie as all of our products have a 12-Month Warranty that covers manufacturers faults and defects.

How will I know you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email which confirms we have received your order and payment.

 

Can I change my order?

We can make changes if your order has not been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to your order.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order if it has not been dispatched.

Can I get my product personalised?

We would love to be able to do this, but for now we are unable to customise our products.

 

How do I take care of my Bunnie Caddie ?

Your Bunnie Caddie will arrive folded in a protective bag when you receive this.

Simply clean any dust or lint off with a clothes brush and a damp cloth if there are any harder to remove marks.

Protect from direct light, heat and rain. Should it become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.

Do not carry heavy products that may affect the shape of the bag.
